Title: Senior Manager of Accounting
Compensation: $165,000 + Bonus + Equity

Job Overlay:
Coupled with a lucrative equity/bonus package, this position will accelerate the career path of the chosen candidate. This position will report to the Corp Controller. Senior Accounting Manager will be responsible for driving month-end and assisting with physical inventory . This position has upward mobility and will oversee mutliple team members.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day financial and accounting operations, including GL, and Inventory
• Oversee SEC and Global Tax team and initiatives
• Perform accounting activities such as maintenance of the general ledger, preparation of various accounting statements and financial reports; accounts payable, receivable and assist in improvements of policies and procedures.
• Consolidated financial reporting.
• Prepares, reviews or approves account reconciliations for corporation’ s entities and accounts, as required
• Management of monthly and annual financial reporting and annual financial and 401K audits.
• Manage corporate taxes (with outsourced vendor) and ensure compliance with sales/use/other tax requirements and filings
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of Big 4 or Mid-Tier public audit/reporting experience
• 4+ years working at a publicly traded company
• Technical accounting skillset with advanced knowledge of SEC/GAAP regulations
• Combo background (preferred)
• Active CPA license
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
