Principal Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a team of PEGA developers and architects, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of PEGA-based solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize business needs, translating them into scalable PEGA solutions.
• Drive the adoption of PEGA methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, to enhance project delivery and team effectiveness.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PEGA technologies, industry trends, and best practices, incorporating these insights into strategic planning and execution.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring deliverables are met with high quality and within expected timeframes. Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the exploration and adoption of advanced PEGA features and capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
EXPERIENCE: 12+ years with at least 5 years in PEGA implementation projects
CERTIFICATION(S): PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) certification highly preferred. PEGA Certified System Architect
(CSA) certification required as a minimum
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, And Other Attributes
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale PEGA implementation projects.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams towards achieving strategic
objectives.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical teams,
senior management, and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, with demonstrated experience in applying these in a PEGA
context
