Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Leader at Genzeon, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the company in India. You will work closely with the leadership team to identify the hiring needs, develop strategies to attract and retain top talent, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals and vision
Partner with the leadership team to understand the business needs and develop talent acquisition strategies to support those needs
Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and priorities
Build and manage a team of recruiters to ensure high-quality hiring
Lead the TA team to proactively source and attract top talent through various channels including social media, job boards, referrals, etc.
Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent to the organization
Manage the offer process and negotiate compensation packages
Continuously monitor and improve the recruitment process to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in recruitment and implement them in the organization
Provide regular updates to the leadership team on recruitment metrics and progress
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years of experience managing a team of recruiters
Experience working in a strategic thought leadership role in a large technology services company
Strong understanding of the Indian talent market and recruitment trends
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Ability to think strategically and execute recruitment plans to meet business needs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
