Job Title - Sr. Manager/Chief Manager
Department - Collection (Soft Bucket)

Job purpose
Responsible for Collection and have to manage collection for 1-+0 bucket to ensure timely achievement of collections targets
by formulating & executing collections team.
Roles and responsibilities
∙To achieve Collection targets assigned for the regions/zones by meeting target of the Teams' assigned.
∙Continuously monitoring Collection Executives to identify fraudulent practices and ensure that there is no loss
incurred.
∙Handling customer issues/escalations.
∙Receipt Audit & Reconciliation process should be followed very strictly.
∙ Receipt collection verification.
∙Preparation of Collection MIS.
∙Review & monitoring the Teams' performance.
∙Ensure all the allocated pools are visited within allocation date.
∙Mandatory field visit along with Inhouse team & collection agency.
∙Customer handling in order to resolve cases and minimize PTP.
∙Visits along with CRO /TL /ACM in difficult case.
∙Responsible of DPD wise collection, as per the company and target assigned monthly.
∙Daily tracking of visits conducted by CRO's/TL/ACM.
Specification & Key Requirements
∙Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under time pressure.
∙Preferably from NBFC/Banking background.
∙Proven experience in collection.
∙Strong inter-personal skills.
∙Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of
information with attention to detail and accuracy.
∙Should be able to manage whole cycle of Collection.
∙Excellent written and oral communication
