Annual Salary Range: $110,000-$140,000

Catchy is growing its marketing team and is searching for a Senior Integrated Marketing and Media Manager to design, execute and optimize multi-channel media campaigns. We’re seeking a candidate with a strong background in both strategy and execution and able to manage and optimize media campaigns across diverse channels, clients, and verticals. In this role, you will work with multiple Catchy clients, managing the digital and performance marketing programs for some of the biggest technology companies in the world. The ideal candidate is familiar working in marketing, advertising or media agencies and understands the agency service model.

What You Will Do

Working directly with Catchy’s Director of Strategy and the Catchy Account Team, you will be tasked with designing, executing, optimizing, and reporting on multi-channel marketing programs for multiple clients. The ideal candidate has experience both in building and pitching strategy as well as managing SEM, display, syndicated content, newsletter and paid social media campaigns. We’re looking for a strong communicator who works successfully with team members, stakeholders, and clients and that can take ownership of a workstream to drive it toward completion and success.
• Partner with our account management and strategy team to design and build digital marketing campaigns and own the pitch and explanation of those campaigns to clients.
• Work together with the Director of Strategy to manage data analysis, insight generation and reporting for social listening projects, media campaigns and other marketing activities.
• Execute, optimize and report on multi-channel marketing campaigns (search, social, content syndication and display) for multiple clients. This will be inclusive of both paid and organic media management.
• Managing active campaigns, providing insights and optimization recommendations to improve performance.
• Work with Catchy’s wider marketing team to provide channel strategy recommendations for existing and potential clients, and internal Catchy marketing projects.
• Selecting tools for and creating best-in-class reporting dashboards and data visualization.
• Become the trusted advisor and strategist for new opportunities, channels or strategies to help advance our client’s goals

What You Will Bring

We are searching for a candidate that has experience working in digital marketing and performance media with a B2B focus. Familiarity with technology and technical product marketing is required. Experience with developers as an audience is a “plus”. The ideal candidate will have an interest in working in a fast-paced agency environment.
• 2-4 years of integrated marketing experience - preferably in the B2B or technology space.
• At least 2-4 years experience managing paid media campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Experience with ad serving and digital ad management platforms inclusive of Google Ads and paid social advertising channels such as X, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Understanding of B2B media strategy and execution.
• High level of comfort working with data sets, experience with Excel, and the ability to build client-facing reporting dashboards and decks
• Comfort presenting to clients with strong written and verbal communication skills
