Technical review of the tugs:
• Requirements of consumables and other stores to be verified as per tugs requirement.
• Supervise minor spares or major overhauls as per the need.
• Arranging Logistics with the help of reliance within the site.
• Pick up of spares and transfer and record keeping in MSI stock.
• Arranging the spares and containers in site – segregation of spares and housekeeping for the containers with the help of shore support.
• Arranging the boat services / transport logistics within the site.
• Supervising Loading and unloading of the material at LOLO jetty and cleaning up of jetty with waste generated due to our jetty operations.
• Taking and closing the work permit for the jetty.
Assistance to technical managers:
• Compiling daily work done, daily reporting daily updating of running hours in SAP system
• Compiling monthly report from tugs and handing over to Tech Managers at the end of month prior 5th of every month.
• Laison with vessel for instructions passed on behalf of technical managers / Operation in charge /Site in charge
• Assisting in making OGP and other formalities for the spares for repair and overhaul at the workshop with proper vendor code and within SOP.
• Assisting TM in making reports and filing them in the proper place.
• Assisting TM in maintaining Manuals / drawing and certificates files and folders as per requirement.
• Assisting TM in making and sending requisitions to Reliance on behalf of TM. Spares requisition content to be verified by concerned technical manager.
• Assisting technical managers in daily planning and PM order planning and maintaining records for routine jobs.
• Removal and disposal of scrap within site with approval of concerned technical manager and RIL EIC.
• Assisting technical manager in preparing the budget with SAP extracts for 2 yearly PM order.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
