Are you an experienced Media Artist based in Pune, India with a passion for creating engaging training materials? Join our team at Tricentis and play a key role in designing and updating a variety of online and classroom courses, focusing on video-based e-learning certifications and micro-learning. As Senior Media Artist, you will design, produce and oversee digital and print creative solutions to address our needs in the Education Department. To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques. You should also have experience in video editing and production. What You’ll Do • Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery • Edit and produce high quality videos • Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics • Review designers’ work to ensure high quality • Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software • Apply typography techniques • Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services • Increase user friendliness in digital products • Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects • Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met Who You Are • Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role • Portfolio of completed design projects • Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator • Experience using video and auditing software like Premiere Pro and Adobe Audition • Proficient in design software (e.g. InDesign) • Experience with Articulate 360 • Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts • Attention to visual details • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team • BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment • Experience of working with Learning Management Systems • Ability to design and work on multiple projects with rapid development deadlines • Strong intercultural competence We Offer • Market conform salary + success-oriented bonus • Favorable working atmosphere in a rapidly expanding company • Hybrid work model • Personal and professional development • Full-time employment Tricentis Core Values Knowing what we need to achieve and how to achieve it is important.
