ContentCAB.IN, the Pune-based division of America’s oldest and most trusted coupon and promo code platform, is hiring Second Shift Senior BPO Content Executives (Non-Voice) to join our growing team. About the Role
As a Senior BPO Content Executive, you will play a key role in sourcing, testing, and maintaining coupon content for a leading US-based website. You will work through a structured, browser-based workflow, ensuring that all coupon data is accurate, timely, and optimized for performance.

Top Candidates Will Have:
Excellent written English, including reading comprehension and grammar
Proven attention to detail and high standards for accuracy
A commitment to integrity, reliability, and professionalism
A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on speed and efficiency
Strong computer proficiency and fluency in keyboard shortcuts
A consistent track record of punctuality and strong attendance
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Data Entry or similar back-office BPO role
Note: Freshers will not be considered
Responsibilities Include:
Navigating browser-based workflows to source and validate coupon content
Manually entering and updating coupon details following established guidelines
Meeting or exceeding productivity and accuracy standards
Implementing feedback to improve efficiency and data quality
Candidate Requirements:
Proficient with computers and common software applications
Strong understanding of grammar, spelling, and punctuation
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage daily tasks independently
Comfortable working in a structured and process-driven environment
Willing to work on-site at our Koregaon Park office (no work-from-home option)
Comfortable working collaboratively with a team to meet daily targets

Round 1: 30-minute online self-assessment
Round 2: 20-minute Zoom assessment with a Senior Operations Manager
Round 3: 30-minute in-person English assessment and interview at our Koregaon Park office with the Head of HR
