My client is well established construction management company in NYC. They have been rapidly growing year over year for several years and continue to have a strong and healthy outlook.
The Project Controller is looking to add to their team 2x Senior Project Accountants, these are net new positions due to company growth.
As always, these are permanent, full time, fully benefited salaried positions (these are NOT temp, or temp to perm).
They are located in Midtown, the role will start 5 days in office and then move to 4 days in with 1 day remote.
Compensation And Titling Is Based On Experience
The range is between $+0k - $110k base + discretionary bonus
The Role Will Cover
AIA Billing, WIP (Work in Progress)
Sage 300 or Intaact is a huge +
AP/AR
Working directly with the PM
Payments to sub-contractors
Working on the month end close
Bank reconciliations, journal entries
Who are you?
Experience as a Project Accountant
Experience with high volume of transactions
Experience with working with 15+ vendors and subs
Highly proficient in Excel (Pivot tables etc.)
A minimum of a BA/BS in Accounting from a top accredited school
4+ years of experience.
Exceptional communications skills are required. A great dynamic personality and the ability to work along your fellow colleagues is crucial. He or she must be able to effectively collaborate with individuals both inside and outside the company.
