Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Should be well versed with MEP, services of Malls, high street stores.
• Should have design sense and have the basic principles of design to make finalize the layouts.
• Should coordinate with an external Architect for site survey, design docket, getting GFC drawings made and get them internally approved and from mall too.
• Closely coordinate with BD team for future expansion and renovations projects.
• Should have a knowledge of AutoCAD, drafting 2D drawings. (Only viewing is not acceptable) should be able to edit the CAD drawings.
• Should have proper Project Management knowledge.
• Should be able to handle multiple projects at a time, send timely reports to management/Project head.
• Raise flags at right time to Project head/management to run smooth projects.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time with good quality.
• Should be conscious of CAPEX expenditure, overheads costs.
• Ready for travel to multiple locations, longer stay at the time of handover.
Requirements:
• Architecture or Interior educational background
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in design and execution
• Retail execution experience preferred.
• Should be able to do good vendor management, solve problems at sites
