Roles & Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate (Female Preffered) will have strong social and leadership skills, experienced negotiating strategies and excellent organizational abilities. He/she should be familiar with developing recruitment marketing strategies that effectively attract and retain top talent.
Being actively involved in Talent Acquisition/recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads on job portals and coordinating with consultants, and managing the hiring process.Managing the recruitment and selection process including Robust Onboarding and Joining formalities.Must have experience of internal hiring in IT/Non IT Company.Need to work 2-3 requirements daily and make 2-3 submissions.Prepare offer letter, employment contract, and job descriptions, completing joining formalities and documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's / Master degree in Human Resources is preferredShould be comfortable working in 6 days a weekMinimum 2-3 years of direct recruiting experience managing all phases of the processExcellent Communication & Writing skillsCandidates from IT/ITES are preferredProactive sourcing tactics and substantial initiativeExcellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
