Job Designation; Sr Sales Executive
Apart from salary , yearly benefits includes company's contribution towards provident fund, annual leave travel assistance, bonus and medical reimbursement and coverage under group medical insurance scheme - Hospitalization scheme of TPA.
Job Description;
- Generating profitable new business by managing leads development to sales tours to negotiation to closing of deals with prospective and existing clients for all product lines.
- Networking with local market brokerage firms/agents.
- Maintaining positive relationships with existing clients to bring in new business leads and maximizing opportunities of current business to enhance revenue stream.
- Managing Brokers' & Clients' inquiries.
- Maintaining personal network with business partners, land owners, builders' organizations and high net worth customers.
- Make proposal submission.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide timely and accurate sales information & feedback to the Manager.
- Process administration functions.
- Evaluate all vendor agreements and invoices and organize contracts.
- Offer support to the finance team as needed.
- Office Management and Housekeeping
Requirements:
. Proven work experience as a sales, admin and operations similar role.
. Ability to work in a team as well as individually.
. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
. Strong decision-making skills and problem-solving skills.
. Excellent administration skills.
. Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations
. Good organizational and time-management abilities
. Liaise with Government authority.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Must have good command on speaking and writing in English language
- Strong convincing skills
- Enthusiastic and confident communicator with a great phone personality and active listening skills
- Need to be self-motivated and consistently perform at a high level.
- Experience is must.
Interview mode : 1st round is telephonic with HR, 2nd round is F2F OR Zoom meeting with the Director.

Salary: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
