Job Description
Hands-on experience with the ServiceMax platform and associated tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Proficient in database testing, including SQL queries and validation. Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for ServiceMax applications. Perform end-to-end testing for ServiceMax, ensuring functionality, usability, and performance meet required standards. Conduct database testing to validate data integrity, consistency, and accuracy. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to ensure the quality of the software. Participate in defect management, including identifying, documenting, and tracking issues to resolution.
Experience requirement
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
