Purpose Statement
The Digital Marketing and communication position serves as an expert resource to all BSC divisions, and develops, executes the corporate communication and therapy awareness strategy in collaboration with product marketers and region/global marketing COEs
Key Responsibilities
• In collaboration with the marketing and marketing communication teams, design, develop, and oversee the implementation of high-impact integrated digital marketing programs that deliver at or above agreed-upon targets
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to successfully align channel/media mix according to strategy & focus and provide recommendations to optimize mix or selection of new channels
• Collaborate cross-functionally across all digital and therapy campaigns stages including content adaptation integration, validation and optimization.
• Develop and monitor digital KPIs, Measure and report performance of campaigns
• Execute local digital strategies, providing support in online localization initiatives
• Work to encompass the full range of digital marketing initiatives, including Websites and their content, search engine optimization and marketing, online advertising and content partnerships, sales platforms, eMail marketing, and social media marketing
• Drive production of campaign related content in alignment and cooperation with Global teams
• Drive internal and external stakeholders, including creative, media and digital agencies to deliver on commitments and meet deadlines
• Work closely with leadership and regional corporate communications team on internal and external comms plan and execute the same
