What You'll Do:

LogicMonitor is disrupting the observability market and changing the way businesses take disparate sources of data and turn it into action. We are already a leader in this space - and we started by solving the hardest, most complicated problem first. With roots in the IT Infrastructure Monitoring space, we are on an evolutionary journey heading toward what's next - unified observability. Our platform enables enterprise resiliency through data insights from the infrastructure, network, and application. As we enter this next phase of growth, we are in search of a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist.

In this vital position, you will have ownership of full lifecycle recruiting which includes: sourcing passive candidates, screening active candidates, advising and coaching hiring managers, coordinating interviews for success and offer negotiation. You will also act as a consultant and business partner for all recruiting-related activities, working collaboratively with all levels within the organization. You'll be seen as a subject matter expert for recruiting best practices and LogicMonitor policies, and champion our processes while providing a positive experience for managers and candidates.

In this senior level, you'll also have the opportunity to mentor junior recruiters, and coach and train team members on best practices.

Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting activities for assigned requisitions including sourcing, resume review, interviewing and offer negotiation
Serve as a talent partner for assigned requisitions, collaborating with all levels within the organization
Serve as an advisor to hiring managers - coaching them on recruiting processes and best practices, guiding decisions, and solving complex problems while aligning managers to our process and policies
Develop and implement creative approaches to uncover new or specific sources of talent, utilizing advanced recruitment sourcing techniques; experiment and try different approaches for difficult reqs where normal practices are not yielding results
Provide candidates with a best-in-class positive candidate experience; providing timely interviews, communications, and updates in a voice that balance business needs, recruiting best practices, and the desire to leave candidates with a positive impression of LogicMonitor
Mentor junior recruiters on best practices, while creating an open and encouraging environment for growth; find opportunities to provide training and coaching to the talent team
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and internal policies, using best judgement in ambiguous situations and escalating to leadership when needed
Participate in team projects and initiatives as assigned
Meet or exceed performance metrics
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years' professional recruiting experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment and operate with agility in ambiguous situations
Ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure results, mentoring junior recruiters while creating an open and encouraging environment for growth
Well versed with Sourcing Methodologies: Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, Passive Search, Linkedin Recruiting, other creative methods of sourcing for passive talent
Metrics and results driven; able to adhere to processes and guide managers on hiring practices
Proven success influencing teams and stakeholders to achieve a goal while following LogicMonitor hiring practices
Proven ability to function with a high level of independence: able to independently research and investigate answers to problems using available resources, utilizing documentation to guide on process complexities
Excellent time/priority management skills; Ability to adjust to multiple demands and constantly shifting priorities under tight deadlines and time constraints
Sound judgement and decision making skills; Strong problem-solving ability in order to identify and solve issues when they arise, proposing options or a solution while understanding all stakeholders involved and downstream effects
Critical thinking skills - ability to deep dive into details and solving problems while understanding the bigger picture and alignment to business objectives
Ability to strategically adapt communications to hiring managers, leadership, and candidates while balancing a positive experience, process adherence, and business alignment
Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, or problem-solving.
