Manage end-to-end recruitment for the Sales department - Non-I.T., focusing on Lateral hiring, Leadership & CXO level hiring.
⚡Working Days - Mon to Fri (Alternate Saturdays off)
???? Office Timing - 10am to 7pm
????Work Location - Chembur, Goregaon - Mumbai
✅ Experience: Mini 5 years+ of hands-on recruitment experience with a strong focus on sales hiring, volume/ bulk hiring.
Expertise in using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, IIM Jobs, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
