Looking for a highly motivated SR. TECHINCAL SPECIALIST, DATABASE ADMINISTRATION (PROA5) - Data Engineering Platform for AT&T Supply Chain Management Value Stream Applications.
This role requires architecting, planning, designing, and operational support of AT&T's supply chain value stream applications in Agile and DevSecOps model across on-premises, public cloud, and SaaS. This role support Data Engineering Platform for Supply Chain Value Stream Applications and requires working on exciting and challenging projects as well as on call rotation in different shifts.
Responsible for the implementing, improving, supporting, and participating in the processes, strategies and tools for the assigned business or functional area. Provide input and expertise for key technical functions by utilizing knowledge of the business, industry, and technology, especially in the Oracle EBiz/EBS Application Suites including Fusion Applications, Database, middleware, and technology infrastructure in support of supply chain value stream applications.
Collaborate with internal teams and business users, creating strategically sound Target State Architectures. You'll have a major say in mentoring, setting priorities and fostering a client-centric environment where everyone learns and grows.
Looking for a highly motivated Database, Applications, and Cloud Engineer for AT&T Supply Chain Value Stream Data Engineering Platform. This role requires with well-rounded experience to support production and non-production EBiz environments On-premises, Oracle SasS, and Azure Public Cloud. This role requires to work on exciting and challenging projects as well as on-call rotation in different shifts. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership, technical and analytical expertise as well as an aptitude for business requirements documentation and designing system process flow. The candidate provides input and expertise for key technical functions by utilizing knowledge of the business, industry, and technology, especially in the Oracle EBiz/EBS Application Suites including Fusion Applications, Database, middleware, and technology infrastructure in support of supply chain systems. Candidate must effectively communicate between end users and technical teams and be able to triage issues.
Experience in new technologies like Snowflake, Oracle, Postgress, ORDS, Golden Gate Micro Services, Open-Source Databases is Required. Experience in Public Cloud Technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and DaaS) is required. Required 10 years' experience in Oracle and EBiZ Applications. Requires 5 years' work experience designing, executing, and supporting IT Cloud solutions. Preferably Azure platform. Requires 3-5 years' work experience in Oracle SaaS and OIC. Requires experience in Snowflake, DevOps/DevSecOps as well as Agile Methodologies.
Functional (Technical Competencies):
. 7 to10 years' experience in administering Oracle Applications R12 (12.1 and 12.2) and databases Experience (12c and 1+c) in Oracle application and database patching, cloning and upgrades.
. Install, configure, and administer E-Business environments.
. Experience in Oracle Applications maintenance, patching, Upgrade, Migration.
. Hands on experience with Applications concurrent processing, Parallel concurrent processing (PCP), Oracle Application Server, Oracle forms configuration, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
. Hands on experience with Oracle applications workflow configuration, diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
. Strong knowledge and experience in disaster recovery failover/failback procedure Monitoring and troubleshooting Database and EBS application performance issues
. Experience working in Oracle EBS DMZ setup
. Extensive experience in working on Shared Application Tier (SAT), JDK, and JRE configuration, JDK/JRE Upgrade
. Hands on experience on Single Sign on (SSO) for Oracle EBS R12 using Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g, 12c, OAM and OID environments.
. Support Oracle Enterprise Manager and production/development maintenance.
. 5 to10 years' experience in Oracle RDBMS 12c, and 1+c maintenance, patching, upgrade, migration tasks.

. Extensive experience on Multinode application tiers and RAC environment (on UNIX and LINUX) based environments)
. Hands on experience with applying quarterly PSU's and CPUs to databases and applications.

. Develop and Manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
. Design, develop, deploy, and manage high availability clusters using Azure Kubernetes and Docker Swarms
. Manage deployment automation using terraform to automate system operations
. Knowledge on MySQL, MariaDB, Casandra is a plus
. Experience with WebLogic, jboss, and Tomcat.
. Experience and knowledge with Oracle OEM and Exadata.
. Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications and Oracle Fusion Middleware
. Good Shell Scripting Skills
