We at Fluxtek Solutions Inc (ODC) PSC Infotech PVT LTD, provide manpower solutions and IT solutions for various clients across the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, please go through the PPT attached for more information on our clientele. We are operating from 4 bases across the United States, 1 based in Canada, and 2 in INDIA (Offshore).As we provide manpower solutions for clients based in the USA, it is very important for the employees to work night shifts for the operations Offshore (INDIA). Below is the JD of the position.Role: US IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition LeaderLocation: ChiralaDesignation: Trainee / Team Member / Recruiter Interest in working Night Shifts (6.30 PM IST to 3.30 AM IST) Ability and interest in learning new technologies and techniques. Excellent verbal and written communications Work independently on complex work assignments, review progress and evaluate results and update management as appropriate Enthusiasm, energy, strong problem-solving skills, and an ability to work effectively under pressure A high level of professionalism and discretion is a must An ability to maintain confidentiality and use good judgment An ability to juggle multiple assignments while meeting deadlines Excellent oral and written communication skills Demonstrated attention to detail A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software, database management, social media, and e-mail. Ensure safe practices and environmental consciousness are exhibited in decisionsSalary: 13,000 all incl + Attractive Incentive / Bonus plansDuration: Permanent with 1-year probation after 2 months of training + 1-year contractJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From INR13,000.00 per monthBenefits:
