Job Description
• Should have knowledge 3D part modeling, assembly, sheet metal and drafting module.
• Should be able to do concept design, detail machine design and manufacturing drawings.
• Material selection, brought out part selection and specification.
• Preparing BOM and releasing through the ERP system.
• Should have knowledge of GD&T, fits and tolerances, sheet metal and welding standards.
• Should able to understand and design simple pneumatic system.
• Should be familiar with mechanical drives arrangements and selection of brought parts.
• Should be able to do calculations related to pneumatic and drive selections.
• Technical support to other departments.
• Take part in project discussion for timely execution of project.
• Discuss with customer for required inputs, clarification and drawing approval for customer.
• Keep upto date record of data and drawings.
• Should be able to completed the given tasks in the given time frame
• Should be able guide and handle a team of 3-5 designers and draftsman
