We are currently looking for candidates with driving, machine operating, or labouring experience to join our team in the Invercargill area. The role will include day-to-day leading, organising and coordinating the crew, managing staff and resources, and ensuring job quality and timely completion.

We're looking for people with a hardworking, ‘can-do' attitude, who are happy working in a team environment as well as independently.

The people we are looking for should:

Have experience in cement stabilisation of roads (preferred but not essential for trainee role)
Be someone looking to step up and lead a team and have the right attitude
Have a clean, valid driver's licence - Class 2, 4 and 5 an advantage
Be tidy, energetic and enthusiastic, with good communication skills
Be keen to progress their career with a great company
