About The Company
Our client is a $10 billion AUM fund with a focus on private equity, real estate, private debt, and infrastructure within small and mid-cap markets.
Responsibilities
Preparation of accounting entries into general ledger
Bank reconciliations
Roll forwards of key account balances on a monthly basis
Review outstanding collectible balances and coordinate with fund accounting counterparties as appropriate
Prepare various forecasts and ad hoc analysis on an as needed basis
Preparation of regulatory filings for submission to respective international regulatory bodies
Work closely with controllers and external auditors through consultation and preparation of workpapers
Enhance and automate reporting capabilities of company’s general ledger
Research relevant accounting pronouncements and regulatory rules on an as needed basis
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
CPA license or all four exam parts passed
2 to 4 years of experience in asset management financial or private debt/equity sector preferred
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Experience with Workday general ledger a plus
Salary Range
$80,000 – $110,000
