We’re Hiring: Junior Staff Accountant (US & India Accounting)
Location: Gwalior (M.P.)
Experience: 1–2 Years
Shift: US Night Shift
We are seeking a Junior Staff Accountant to support our US and India accounting clients. This role is ideal for candidates looking for global accounting exposure and who are comfortable working in the US night shift environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day accounting activities for multiple clients
- Record transactions, journal entries, and maintain accurate client books
- Support US accounting (AP, AR, bank & credit card reconciliations)
- Assist with India accounting, including GST & TDS data preparation
- Work on accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, or similar
- Support senior accountants with month-end close, audits, and reporting
- Maintain documentation and follow internal SOPs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- 1–2 years of experience
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Willingness to work in US night shift
- Good Excel skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and willingness to learn
