Temporary Staff Accountant
Are you a detail-oriented accountant with experience in the banking industry? LHH is seeking a Temporary Staff Accountant to join our client's team in San Francisco, CA! This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in financial statements, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification and payment processing.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure financial data integrity.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting-related issues.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Previous experience in the banking industry is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Additional Information:
• This position is temporary, but there is potential for conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
• The position is fully onsite in San Francisco, CA.
• The hourly rate for this role ranges from $32 to $38 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Immediate start date available.
