Position Responsibilities:
• Oversee month-end close processes, including reconciliations, fixed assets, inventory, and cost accounting.
• Manage assets by pulling subledger records and ensuring accurate reconciliations.
• Assist the Accounts Payable team by entering bills and providing support
• Review open sales and purchase orders to manage inventory accurately.
• Review and reconcile reports from third-party locations.
• Prepare and post journal entries, re-classes, and accruals for three entities.
• Handle monthly amortizations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Generate and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Support audits by providing documentation and information as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting or related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Experience with ERP software; NetSuite experience is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
