Excellent written and verbal communication skills and general office skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports, including financial statements, budgets, and cash flow projections
Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with government and labor union regulations
Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
Obtain and track lien waivers from vendors and subcontractors
Help in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
Maintain positive relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring timely and accurate payments and compliance with contractual agreements
