Responsibilities
Assists with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting close
Prepares monthly journal entries
Responsible for account analysis
Maintains fixed asset ledger and depreciation schedule
Prepares daily bank activities and monthly bank reconciliations
Responsible for various state sales tax returns, state registrations and annual reports
Assists with quarterly government census reports
Records financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and accruals
Assists with annual external audit

What the Ideal Candidate will do:
• Assists with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting close.
• Prepares monthly journal entries.
• Responsible for account analysis. Maintains fixed asset ledger and depreciation schedule.
• Prepares daily bank activities and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Responsible for various state sales tax returns, state registrations and annual reports.
• Assists with quarterly government census reports.

Requirements:
