The successful candidate will be a part of our team, offering a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Efficient and accurate processing of accounts payable (AP)• Management and maintenance of accounts receivable (AR)• Conducting regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy• Maintenance and updating of the general ledger on a regular basis• Preparation and posting of accurate journal entries• Actively participating in the month-end close process• Ensuring the accuracy of customer credit records and taking appropriate action when necessary• Addressing and resolving customer inquiries related to accounts and transactions• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when required• Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
