Duties
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights for decision-making
- Perform variance analysis and identify areas for improvement in financial performance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Utilize passport or other accounting software to record and track financial transactions
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- Proven experience in accounting or finance role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Proficient in using accounting software
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret financial data
- Ability to assist others when needed
- Experience in public accounting or financial services industry is desirable
