Staff Accountant

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to begin their career in accounting. This individual will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance of financial records and supporting the finance team's daily operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, a foundational understanding of accounting principles, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with bank reconciliations and monitor cash transactions and cash applications.
Handle all cash transactions for our revenue channels (DTC, Wholesale, Amazon, TikTok)
Help prepare month-end reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close procedures.
Provide support for special projects and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Help identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
0-2 years of related business experience. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Business Central, QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication.
