Description and Requirements
1. Develop a close working relationship with our manufacturing partners in India.
2. Interface and coordinate work activities between quality and cross functional team.
3. Assist in project transferring to India, execute overseas project Product Quality Plan for transferred projects.
4. Attending project phase review and highlight issues in production to team members.
5. Manage product manufacturing KPI in India, review daily production data to monitor, control and improve product quality.
6. Drive failure local analysis and corrective actions implementation to improve the yield and reduce the field return rate.
7. Perform PSO and audits at the manufacturing partners to ensure compliance.
8. Ensure Lessons learned from previous project production are used to improve the quality management process, product quality and reliability.
+. Set up overseas project KD Material RMA Workflow and align related liability.
