What you will do: Your role would involve all aspects of the recruitment cycle -
Searching suitable profiles using job portals, social Media and internal data base
Sourcing profiles & Head hunting/ generating references
Contacting the candidates and generating their interest for the position being offered.
First level Interview and Screening of candidates
Coordinating between clients and candidates for interview scheduling & documentation of
selected candidates, etc.
Building rapport with the clients to generate additional requirements by reaching “top of the
mind” recall.
What you need:
You should be young, dynamic and enthusiastic.
Good command on written and spoken English.
Confidence in your abilities to move mountains, a go getter attitude with a “Never – Say –
Die” spirit to achieve targets.
Willingness to work from office in a fast paced and progressive environment
We are looking for candidates with at least 6 months of experience in IT or Non IT
recruitments.
