Super Crunch Tanghulu is seeking an experienced Sales Associate to provide superior customer service and process sales at the 2026 Calgary Stampede . We are a food vendor specializing in tanghulu candy fruit sticks.

Each year we take part in over 70 festivals in USA and Canada, and make an assortment of innovative tanghulu designs to satisfy all taste and preferences. We aim to bring the vibrant and timeless tradition of candied fruit to modern palates, creating a delightful and colourful experience right in front of our customers. Inspired by the age-old Asian street food, our Tanghulu offerings provide a unique blend of traditional flavours and contemporary customization. Each delicious stick is meticulously skewered and dipped into a shimmering glaze of sweet syrup, creating a tantalizing treat. The vibrant display of fruits and the sparkling glaze at our kiosk create a visual feast, perfectly capturing the joy and excitement of the trendiest food item on social media.

RESPONSIBILITY

· Provide outstanding customer service while taking sales orders

· Prepare fruit skewers

· Blend juice in the blender using established recipes

· Prepare fruits including cleaning, peeling, slicing and trimming fruits using kitchen tools

· Maintain exceptional quality standards

· Collaborate with other team members to ensure orders are processed efficiently

· Interact with customers and provide a positive experience

· Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

· Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines

· Setup and teardown of event booth

· Inform supervisor of inventory shortage and refill requirements

· Daily cleaning of blender, containers and food prep tools

· Ability to lift up to 15 pounds

· Assist with setup and teardown of event booth

· Work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays

REQUIREMENTS

· Basic math skills, including retail math

· Able to communicate effectively with customers

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Able to complete job responsibilities without direct supervision

· Experience working in a team environment

· Demonstrate strong work ethics: responsible, reliable, and punctual

· Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, but not required

· Maintain a positive attitude, showing entrepreneur spirit in problem solving and improving sales

· Go beyond what is required to achieve goals

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Salary: $20/hr

Work Location: In person
