About the Role

We’re looking for a high-performing, independent Business Development & Client Success Manager to drive lead conversion, follow-ups, and client onboarding across multiple service-based industries. This role is ideal for someone with a sales hunter mindset, not just a caller.

You will be responsible for the entire front-end sales cycle — from cold calls to closing, onboarding, and post-sale success coordination .

Key Responsibilities

Make 100–120 outbound calls per day
Convert a minimum of 2 paying clients per week
Update the CRM daily with lead statuses, notes, and next steps
Manage follow-ups and nurture cold/warm leads to close
Submit a detailed daily end-of-shift report
Use the NEPQ-style script (training provided)
Email Campaign need to be send on daily basics
Lead Generation
Provide feedback on objections, patterns, and improvements weekly.
Represent company values with high-quality communication
Performance Metrics

Weekly:

2+ Converted clients
100+ Calls made
100% CRM compliance
Zero follow-ups missed
Monthly:

8–10 converted leads
80% or above conversion from warm/hot leads
Ideal Candidate

At least 2 years of outbound or B2B/B2C sales experience
Strong command of English (verbal and written)
Confident using CRM tools and handling structured reporting
Fast learner, proactive, and can think independently
Comfortable working in Australian business hours
Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day
Option to increase hours upon consistent performance
Weekends and Melbourne public holidays off
Compensation

Base Salary: ₹10,000–₹12,000/month (INR)
Commission: $5 AUD per converted client (Paid Weekly)
Bonuses for exceeding monthly targets
Probation Period

15-day review based on performance
Failure to meet targets may result in early termination
