I'm looking to onboard a
Startup Sourcing & Research Associate
to support early-stage startup outreach, evaluation, and deal-flow activities within the
StartupLanes ecosystem
.
This role is ideal for someone who wants
real exposure to startups, fundraising, and the venture ecosystem
.
Responsibilities
• Identify and source early-stage startups across India
• Conduct basic startup research (market, traction, founders)
• Assist in founder outreach and initial conversations
• Support deal-flow documentation and tracking
Who Should Apply
• Students / freshers / early-career professionals
• Strong interest in startups, VC, or fundraising
• Good communication & research skills
• Comfortable with LinkedIn, Google Docs & basic Excel
• If you already have connections in the startup ecosystem or know promising startups/founders, this role is a perfect fit for you
Compensation
• Commission-based role
• Earn attractive commissions on every successful deal
• Performance-driven upside with no fixed earning cap
