As a State Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and sales activities in the designated state. This includes managing a team, developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with customers and stakeholders, monitoring market trends, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role requires occasional remote work, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements. Qualifications • Proven experience in sales and management roles • Excellent leadership and organizational skills • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies • Knowledge of the industry and regulatory requirements • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP software • Ability to travel within the state • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • Experience in the pump industry is a plus
