We have an opening for HR Head- Recruitment for a leading financial services company in India.
Job location: Thane, Mumbai
Job requirements:
Min 5 yrs experience in recruitment
Should be from a financial industry background
Must have handled cluster/state/zone in present role for atleast 2 years
Should have handled a team of recruiters
Job responsibilities:
As a delivery manager you will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters and responding to staffing requisitions . This job requires Recruitment manager to work in a recruiting environment that is aggressive, fast paced, KPI driven and requires high degree of precision in qualifying candidates with varied skills and competencies. Ability to decide, direct and prioritize the efforts of recruiting team members, and quickly close on qualified candidates, and deliver them on client projects will help you succeed in this job. A. Review resumes of prospective candidates presented by recruiting team members. Negotiate salary and benefits with prospective candidates. Evaluate technical and professional suitability of prospective candidates for job requisitions. Respond with qualified resumes for client review within specified time frame. Manage interview, confirmation, and delivery of candidate selected by client. Review and validate accuracy of resume content. Conduct preliminary risk mitigation for professional and work-related credentials.
Salary upto 7lpa (negotiable)
First round will be online and if shortlisted will have a f2f meeting at the job location.

Salary: ₹700,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
