Job Description
You will be responsible for the management of the Mission Australia Housing team across the Northern Territory (NT) and Queensland (QLD), including Housing Services, Asset Services, and Community Development.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and focus the Mission Australia Housing team across the NT and QLD on strategic goals in line with the organisation's values, mission, and purpose.
Build and develop relationships and partnerships across all levels.
Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and improve performance against operational KPIs.
Meet and exceed government, funder, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have at least 5 years of experience in the leadership and delivery of housing services within a social housing context. You should also possess proficient knowledge of social housing systems, policy, and procedures.
The successful candidate will be an inspirational, values-driven leader with a passion for social justice and supporting people and communities to reach their full potential. They will display proficient people management and communication skills, an appetite for innovation, and be a self-motivated leader and mentor accountable for their decisions.
