State Manager- Orthotics (Delhi)Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced State Managerto lead and drive the growth of our Orthotics
Department in Delhi. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong
relationships with healthcare professionals, and exceeding revenue targets. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales
professional to play a key role in expanding our market share and establishing our company as a leading provider of
orthotic solutions in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans aligned with regional and national objectives.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and growth potential.
Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and monitor progress towards achieving them.
Build and cultivate strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, therapists, and other key stakeholders in the healthcare community.
Conduct educational workshops and product demonstrations to effectively showcase the benefits of our orthotic solutions.
Generate referrals and secure new business opportunities through effective communication and relationship building.
Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, mentorship, and support to achieve individual and team goals.
Create a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters performance and success.
Conduct effective product presentations and negotiate compelling deals with healthcare providers.
Secure contracts and partnerships to optimize market penetration and revenue generation.
Monitor and analyse sales performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Prepare comprehensive sales reports and provide insightful recommendations.
Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements in orthotics technology and treatment methodologies.
Identify and implement new opportunities to enhance product offerings and improve customer service.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field, preferably with a specialization in medical sales.
7+ years of proven experience in a sales management role ideally with experience in orthotics or medical devices.
Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and consistently achieving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of the orthotics market dynamics.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach a sales team to achieve peak performance.
Analytical Acumen: Proficiency in measuring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) to inform strategic decisions.
Negotiation and Closing Skills: Proficient in negotiation techniques with a strong ability to close deals and secure partnerships.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports, presentations, and proposals.
Desire to Travel and conduct cold calls.
