Community Housing Ltd (CHL) are a multi award winning not for profit housing provider with a

Territories in Australia, they pride themselves on being a leading practise organisation.
Based in Adelaide, as the State Manager, South Australia & Northern Territory (SA & NT) you will
have ultimate leadership and responsibility for CHL’s portfolio performance including housing
and homelessness services, asset and facilities management services along with implementing
organisational growth programs across the State and Territory.
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will have demonstrated senior management and
proficient leadership experience within community, public or private housing with a thorough
understanding and commitment to best practice, policy and legislation of the housing sector
and an excellent comprehension of the not for profit sector.
You will be an inspirational, values driven leader with a passion for social justice and for
supporting people and communities to reach their full potential, with the commitment to work
collaboratively, whilst empowering your team to deliver operational excellence within best
practice principles.
The successful candidate will have excellent people management skills, an appetite for
innovation, display a proficient business and financial acumen and have a tertiary qualification
in a business related discipline.
In addition, you will have the proficient communication and stakeholder management skills,
that are required to manage and enhance commercial partnerships and stakeholder
relationships across the State and Territory.
