Scope of work:
• Internal Team Co-ordination : Team of Senior Project Owners (4 to 5 Nos), Project Owners (+ to 10 Nos) & Project Co-Ordinator’s/ Supervisors (30 to 40 Nos)
• Interdepartmental Co-ordination : Sales, Design & Customer Delight team
• Involve in decisions to enhance customer experience
• Project Timeline Adherence : Completion in given TATs, maximize the profit & ensure customer delight
• Rigorous tracking & follow up
• Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise team-mates
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills and managerial skills.
• Problem Solver & Capable of taking tactical calls
• Display leadership qualities and must be able to garner the respect of the team members.
• Excellent Ownership Mindset
• Resolve conflicts with the customer and within the team, if any.
• Local Travel & Intercity travel on need basis
Min: 3-4 Years in Operations/Project Management/Operation Excellence of B2C market
