Responsibilities
Providing patient-focused STNA care in a post-acute setting, consistent with individual care plans, facility policies and procedures, and all legal requirements
Working under the direction and guidance of a wider multidisciplinary team of nurses, physicians, and other providers
Supporting residents with activities of daily living (ADL), including grooming, mobility, feeding, and personal hygiene
Observing the conditions and basic vital signs of residents and reporting updates to the nursing and clinical team
Ensuring a clean and sanitized living environment for residents
Communicating with residents and family members and relaying concerns to nursing supervisors
Promoting a safe and secure environment and reporting any concerns to supervisors
Participating in ongoing training on facility policies and nursing care best practices

Providing patient-focused STNA care in a post-acute setting, consistent with individual care plans, facility policies and procedures, and all legal requirements
Working under the direction and guidance of a wider multidisciplinary team of nurses, physicians, and other providers
Supporting residents with activities of daily living (ADL), including grooming, mobility, feeding, and personal hygiene
Observing the conditions and basic vital signs of residents and reporting updates to the nursing and clinical team
Ensuring a clean and sanitized living environment for residents
Communicating with residents and family members and relaying concerns to nursing supervisors
Promoting a safe and secure environment and reporting any concerns to supervisors
