About the Role
Reporting to the National Store Experience Manager, you’ll be responsible for executing dusk’s visual strategy across your state, ensuring stores deliver a world-class customer experience through beautiful and commercially effective merchandising. From new collection launches to store openings, signage execution and training, you’ll be the go-to expert for visual standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
Setting all stores in your state to VM briefs and maintaining brand standards
Leading new collection launches, store set-ups, and openings
Making commercial visual decisions to drive sales growth
Reviewing layouts, replenishment processes and signage execution
Training and developing store teams to deliver effective merchandising
Finding opportunities to trial new visual concepts
Ensuring visual and commercial balance across all stores
Partnering and building strong relationships with store and retail teams, driving consistent communication
Conducting impactful and effective store visits to support teams and drive visual standards
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in a multi-site visual merchandising role
Strong creative flair and a passion for VM paired with commercial acumen
A hands-on approach with the ability to coach, train and inspire store teams
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management ability
A collaborative mindset with the confidence to trial new ideas and concepts
Ability to lift up to 20kg, stand for extended periods and safely manoeuvre stock
Current driver’s license with access to a vehicle
