Job Description
Seed are currently seeking a talented and committed State Windows Coordinator to join the team. This position is responsible for ensuring our high standard of merchandising presentation is consistently applied across all our window displays in our stores across the state.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieves excellence in window presentation at all times – includes installation of window schemes/ stock changes/ housekeeping and maintenance of windows
Ensures the assigned stores achieve and maintain visual excellence at all times and provides photographic and verbal feedback to Managers
Maintains the housekeeping of all stores to a high standard
In conjunction with the Store Management Team, identifying and actioning merchandising opportunities to increase sales
Maintaining VM standards and store presentation standards
Assisting the Windows Team with installing the Window & Instore VM Concepts
Uses concept manuals, window updates and directives to set window standards in-store
ABOUT YOU:
Have a minimum of 2 years visual merchandising experience in a high volume fashion apparel retailer
Possess excellent time management, organisational and communication skills
Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
Have a passion for merchandising and for attention to detail
Ability to consistently meet deadlines that are set in updates/ manuals
