Responsibilities
In the role of Station Agent Lead, you will oversee and support the ramp service agents (RSAs) to carry out all functions of the ramp, including opening and closing operations, meeting, loading, and offloading aircraft, processing luggage and freight, and assisting passengers with special needs
The Station Agent Lead manages flight schedules, routing, and passenger and freight loading operations, as well as overall ramp supervision and safety reporting activities
Strong leadership skills are key in this role as you will help guide, motivate, and train up your team
