Associate's Degree - Any mechanical field such as HVAC, Welding, Plumbing, Biomechanical, Mechatronics, etc
combined with 3 years Stationary Engineer experience working in a power plant or central utility plant
Upon hire: Current City of Los Angeles Steam Engineer – Unlimited HP License
Driving may be necessary as part of this role
Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving upon hire
Within 30 days of hire: California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization

Responsibilities
Operate &/or maintain stationary engines, boilers, or other mechanical equipment to provide utilities for buildings or industrial processes
Operate equipment, such as steam fed heat exchangers, generators, motors, pumps, and steam boilers
Operates and maintains medical equipment (such as Vacuum Pumps and Medical Air Compressors), HVAC systems and other auxiliary equipment necessary to support operations of the hospital with uninterrupted services

Operates and maintains medical equipment (such as Vacuum Pumps and Medical Air Compressors), HVAC systems and other auxiliary equipment necessary to support operations of the hospital with uninterrupted services.
