Our client is a well-reputed Chartered Accountants firm established as back in 1907 We have also other experienced and staff capable of handling the matters accounts, direct and indirect taxation, compliances of MCA, RBI, SEBI etc.

They handle consultancy and tax planning both in direct and indirect fields and help the clients in structuring their transactions so as to minimize their tax liabilities. We have a Debt Syndication department whereby we provide clients debt raising solutions from Banks and Private Finances.

Job Description:

- Plan and execute statutory audit engagements in compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate with external audit firms to ensure timely completion of the audit process.

- Review financial statements and ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards.

- Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements affecting the industry.

- Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

- Provide guidance to the finance team on accounting treatment and disclosure requirements.

- Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather relevant financial information for reporting purposes.

- Ensure adherence to reporting timelines and submission of financial statements to regulatory authorities.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and compliance, to ensure a cohesive approach to financial management.

- Provide training and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

- Includes Travelling PAN India
