We are seeking a Statutory Governance Associate to join our client's team on a fully remote basis. As a key member of the governance team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to the Statutory Governance Manager in delivering company secretarial duties.
The main area of responsibility for this role will be multinational entity management, covering EMEA, APAC & LATAM clients and operations. You will work closely with the UK team based in Manchester, and although office attendance is currently required one day per week, we are willing to consider remote working arrangements for the right candidate.
