Responsibilities
1. Candidate will take ownership of the STEAM Lab and teach STEAM curriculum as per the
standards and practices set by NASCA. (STEAM Education Partner)
2. Candidate will be required to teach STEAM curriculum in form of ‘Application based’ projects for
students starting Jr Kg going up to Grade X. They should be able to acquaint students on various
aspects of STEAM Education (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Mathematics) in an
integrated manner. Help students develop analytical & critical thinking skills.
3. Candidate will be required to work on STEAM Kits / Robotics / Circuit boards, Coding &
Programming, Scratch, 3D printing, Arduino Circuits and electrical projects etc.
4. Candidate will need to adhere to Class schedules and complete the curriculum for each grade in
an effective manner. He / she will need to offer extra attention and assistance to those students
in class who face difficulties and need further mentoring.
5. Candidate will need to show high competence levels in the subject matter and on his teaching
abilities. He/ she should be able to simplify content and ensure overall learning objectives are
met across all students.
6. Candidate will need to follow proper school calendar across the year. Classes will begin at 7:30
am and will end by 4:30 pm.
7. Candidate will need to legally adhere to POSCO Act 2020 (Protection of Children from Sexual
Offences Act) while expediting his duties as a teacher in a school.
8. Candidate will need to document all daily reports (Class wise) as per NASCA’s and schools’
system and conduct Bi-annual student assessments. They will need to liaise with the NASCA’s
academic team on a daily basis to ensure proper exchange of information. Candidates will have
a dual reporting structure between School Management and NASCA management teams.
+. Scope of work also includes teaching STEAM Curriculum as prescribed by NASCA and managing
the STEAM Lab, STEAM Kits and the various documentation and reports as part of the process.
10. Candidate will be required to maintain & audit all the equipment in the STEAM Lab.
Qualifications
1. Candidates must have minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
2. Previous experience working in EdTech companies / schools with similar assignment
3. B. Tech/ M. Tech / B.E. – Electronics / Robotics / Mechatronics from top tier institutes.
4. Must have excellent academic credentials
5. Must have proficiency in Coding and Programing (Python, C+, JAVA , SQL)
6. Must have proficiency in ARDUINO, IOT and AI projects
7. Should be very good with excel sheets, Word and Power point
8. Superior written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
