About the Position:
BharatCares is looking for a capable and trustworthy STEM trainer to join our organization. The trainer responsibilities include developing interesting lesson plans and curricula for STEM activities, collaborating with other teachers, completing student assessments, and addressing any performance issues.
Roles and responsibilities:
· Developing STEM curricula.
· Planning daily lessons.
· Adopting a data-driven attitude towards measuring learner progress.
· Developing STEM learning activities and hands-on material for classes.
· Attending to individual student needs.
· Communicating regularly with parents.
· Providing extra support to students who need it.
· Monitoring student growth to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
· Using learner data to constantly refine your curriculum.
· Providing regular feedback to students.
· Prepare and timely submit all the reports and formats
· Will be required to travel to conduct sessions in other cities also.
Education Qualifications:
B.Sc.,M.Sc., BTech, MTech, B.Ed., PhD.
A completed apprenticeship or teaching experience.
Practical experience with MS Office, Google Classroom, and other software.
A passion for science and a commitment to continuing education.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of STEM best practices.
2-3 years of experience as a STEM teacher required.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
