Role Description
This is a full-time in office role for a Steward located in New Delhi. The Steward will be responsible for ensuring a smooth dining experience for guests, including setting up tables, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing customer needs with professionalism. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, adhering to food safety standards, and collaborating with the kitchen and other staff to uphold a high level of service quality. The role may also involve training and mentoring new team members when required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and strong interpersonal Communication skills
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage handling, menu items, and food safety regulations
- Experience in Food Service and familiarity with table setting standards and service etiquette
- Training experience or willingness to assist in onboarding and developing new team members
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or culinary certification is a plus
- Previous experience in a fine dining or hospitality environment is advantageous
